Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns. We do, however, allow for refunds up to 12 hours after your order has been placed – as long as the file has not yet been received. I.e. if you order an invitation at 10am and you request a refund before 10pm that evening and you haven’t received the file yet, we will refund you the full amount.
If the refund request is submitted outside of business hours we will acknowledge the timestamp from either the phone call or the email and if it is within 12 hours of placing the order, we will refund you the full amount.
Instant download files are non-refundable.
